Super foods that I am accompanying every meal

I accompany every meal with the following super foods. This is the best way to avoid the consumption of a lot of supplements:
1. Ginger root: a bite
2. Cocoa, cinnamon and stevia tea. In half glass of hot water you put 1 tea spoonful of cocoa, ½ teaspoonful of the best quality you can find     and stevia sugar
3. Cinnamon
4. Stevia
5. Gee  ½ teaspoonful on a small piece of bread. Preferred sprouted wheat bread
6. Coconut oil: Same as gee
7. Pumpkin seeds: 1 spoonful of seeds or may be less.  let them dry further in the sunshine or in an oven to 55-60 degrees for 1 hour
8. Avocado: a slice
9. Walnut

Ginger
Historically, ginger has a long tradition of being very effective in alleviating symptoms of gastrointestinal distress. In herbal medicine, ginger is regarded as an excellentcarminative (a substance which promotes the elimination of intestinal gas) and intestinal spasmolytic (a substance which relaxes and soothes the intestinal tract). Modern scientific research has revealed that ginger possesses numerous therapeutic properties including antioxidant effects, an ability to inhibit the formation of inflammatory compounds, and direct anti-inflammatory effects.

Cocoa
Anti-asthmatic compounds theobromine and theyophilline, which help alleviate the symptoms of asthma. (Theobromine also kills the bacteria that cause cavities!)
Cocoa, which contains flavonels, antioxidants that boost blood flow to the brain.

Cinnamon
Health Benefits:
Cinnamon's unique healing abilities come from three basic types of components in the essential oils found in its bark. These oils contain active components calledcinnamaldehyde, cinnamyl acetate, and cinnamyl alcohol, plus a wide range of other volatile substances.
Anti-Clotting Actions
Cinnamaldehyde (also called cinnamic aldehyde) has been well-researched for its effects on blood platelets. Platelets are constituents of blood that are meant to clump together under emergency circumstances (like physical injury) as a way to stop bleeding, but under normal circumstances, they can make blood flow inadequate if they clump together too much. The cinnaldehyde in cinnamon helps prevent unwanted clumping of blood platelets. (The way it accomplishes this health-protective act is by inhibiting the release of an inflammatory fatty acid called arachidonic acid from platelet membranes and reducing the formation of an inflammatory messaging molecule called thromboxane A2.) Cinnamon's ability to lower the release of arachidonic acid from cell membranes also puts it in the category of an "anti-inflammatory" food that can be helpful in lessening inflammation.
Anti-Microbial Activity
Cinnamon's essential oils also qualify it as an "anti-microbial" food, and cinnamon has been studied for its ability to help stop the growth of bacteria as well as fungi, including the commonly problematic yeast Candida. In laboratory tests, growth of yeasts that were resistant to the commonly used anti-fungal medication fluconazole was often (though not always) stopped by cinnamon extracts.
Cinnamon's antimicrobial properties are so effective that recent research demonstrates this spice can be used as an alternative to traditional food preservatives. In a study, published in the August 2003 issue of the International Journal of Food Microbiology, the addition of just a few drops of cinnamon essential oil to 100 ml (approximately 3 ounces) of carrot broth, which was then refrigerated, inhibited the growth of the foodborne pathogenic Bacillus cereus for at least 60 days. When the broth was refrigerated without the addition of cinnamon oil, the pathogenic B. cereus flourished despite the cold temperature. In addition, researchers noted that the addition of cinnamon not only acted as an effective preservative but improved the flavor of the broth.

How I am fighting the weakness of my memory

The first sign of senescence is a weak memory. When I felt it I started a research to find ways to fight it.. I used a lot of techniques and methods but now I am using the following and I started feeling good and very optimistic.

Translation
For more than ten years I am translating from English to Greek. It is a good exercise. In the beginning I was suffering. My memory was very weak. Gradually, using many other techniques I have a better memory.

Then I add Sudoku pazzle. Very strong for empowering the memory. I started from easy puzzle the I went to medium and then to difficult. Now I am a strong Sudoku puzzle solver.

A special morning – Everything for longevity

It is Monday 17/6/13. 5 o’ clock in the morning, and in 3 days it is by birthday. (75 years) I don’t remember such an awakening. I feel strong and happy. I feel that I am rewarded for everything I am doing to myself. I did a lot of things without program. Just finishing the one part and beginning the other. First thing, I had a liter of energized water with the juice of ½ lemon and 2 Oxy Powder capsules and immediately I started my strong breathing exercises. for about 20 minutes. Then, by visualization I did my own exercise program. Visualization is a strong exercise almost the same as actual doing it. I know exactly how much time I need for each exercise and I am spending same time for each exercise.Then I put 10 drops of EPITALON peptides (telomerase) on my tongue Then, in bed, meditation program. During this time I thought of what I am writing now.

So it is now time to prepare myself for body exercises. I prepared a drink with N.O. Nitric Oxide . It is a Nitrox proprietary Formula. It is a muscle volumizing Complex. It is energy and neotropic Complex, Antioxidant and Electrolyte and pH delivery Complex. Should be taken 30 minutes before the exercises.

Then in the nearby stadium. Walking for 2 minutes and running quickly for 30 seconds. 2 kilometers. Then the exercises invented by me during the Sungazing Exercise. I will write about them in the future when I will meet a good cartoonist.

Then for 15 minutes I was walking bare foot on the rough surface with small tiny stones, of the building where my apartment belongs.

Preparation of the first drink after the exercises. One scoop of Proteins and greens. Vegetarian. (ORAC –Energy) with a teaspoonful of honey and 2 Omega 3 capsules. I take proteins, carbohydrates, oil and everything the body needs. Of course the muscles need proteins immediately after the exercise The least absorption time has Nitrobol. 20 minutes.

Problems with lungs Part 2

After some days the treatment of my lungs was completed, which was prescribed to me by a specialist physician, I started having some problems again. Of course the problem is chronic and I am not expecting to have a permanent treatment. But who knows? May be there is something. So a started reviewing the internet and some books about this subject. COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease). And what about Hormones? Which hormone is ant-inflammatory? Cortisone. But what people, including me believes about cortisone are the side effects of it. And these side effects are very serious. Constant over-excitement, euphoria, a face swollen like a balloon – moonface – weight gain in the face and trunk, thinning skin, a fatty buffalo hum on the back.. But cortisone eases inflammation and pain. So lets try man – made cortisone. Prednisolone 5 mg. Cortisone is also catabolic which means it burns tissues. So I need anabolic hormones to face the catabolic effect of cortisone. DHEA, Growth hormone, Testosterone, Kelp for Thyroid Gland.

But the miracle happened after I discovered Dr. Weil’s Anti-Inflammatory Food Pyramid. Fruits and vegetables, white meat, olive oil. avocados, walnuts, soya milk, aloe vera together with blue berries juice. I used also an anti-inflammatory supplement (Reduloxin (Advanced Bionutrials). After 10 days I was almost cured (98%). But something very peculiar happened to me. I lost my sexuality. I lost my machismo. Since I was a child I was feeling very erotic, and my behavior was always based on that feeling, Teasing women, being a bit aggressive, singing and dancing when I had the chance, telling jokes. But now I understand that this kind of feeling is gone. May be a lot of sexuality is a kind of inflammation The other night I couldn’t watch a film in the television where there were sexual scenes. Women are now demystified. I lost my machismo. So lets proceed with this new, to me, dimension. And if time comes where I have to be erotic, I know what to do. Energized Water

Water plays the most crucial role for health and longevity. But the first thing to take into consideration is the quality of the water to drink. So this is the way I proceed to prepare the best water.

I use reverse osmosis water and from this technology I take water almost 100% pure. I have a glass-bottle of 4 liters. I painted the bottle red with special paint for glass. I put the glass of water under the sunshine for 6 – 8 hours and then I keep it into a clay pot, which is preserving the energy produced. Psychologically I feel that I drink the best water in the world. First thing in the morning I drink ½ to 1 liter of this water. Breakfast comes later to allow this energized water to purify my body.

An Ayahuasca ceremony with Shaman Marek.

From the Amazonian rain forest comes one of the most potent catalysts for expanded awareness yet discovered by human beings. In Equator, Brazil and Peru this medicine is known as Ayahuasca.

“Ayahuasca” as a hallucinogenic substance does not refer to one single plant, but to a singular mixture of two very different plant species. There is no such thing as an “ayahuasca plant”. Ayahuasca correctly refers to a psychedelic combination of plants which varies in potency according to the skill of its maker.

It is 9 o’clock in the evening and 45 persons most of them young girls and boys sit in the circle, and it is cold. I cannot stand the cold, but the urge to take part in the Ayahuasca ceremony is very strong. The room belongs to a farmer and before it was used as a store. I am sitting on a kind of hard bed. There is sleeping quilt for me. This is the fifth Ayahuasca ceremony I take part. In the previous four I suffered so much. I was in hell. Then why I am again here? What I am looking for? Why I have to put myself in such a scary, tormenting, situation? How can I walk out of this big room to pee? During the first ceremony which was held in another place, I tried to go to the toilet to pee but my legs were not obeying. Actually I didn’t have a body. The first four ceremonies started at nine o’ clock p.m. and finished at 3 after midnight. I was suffering for six hours. And then for another 10 hours I was in a state between sleep and alert. And during all this time I was shouting “Never, Never” meaning that I will never do this again in my whole life. I was thinking that when somebody says that he or she is going to do something and let God put him or her in hell, it is because they don’t actually know what is hell. So, what are the reasons I am here to take part in the worst ceremony I had been in my life? And I have previous experiences. And the answer came. I like adventures. I like new experiences. I like to put myself in dangerous situations, specially when the result is promising.

Shaman, in the beginning, explains for one hour about the procedure and the program. Toilets are outside in the fields. He lights a mapacho tobacco and then one by one we take one sip. This tobacco is an offering to the spirits and also cleans the body. It passes from everybody and all of us take a sip. Then he whizes with a special whistle towards the four directions in order to explain to the local spirits that what we are going to do, it is for the good of the place. The rape is a powder from roots of white rododendron tree. Each of us passes in front of him and he blow a little in the left nostril and then to the right. A burning sensation is penetrating my mouth and my lungs and there are tears in my eyes...

Then again one by one passes in front of leader of the group and on our knee he gives us the Ayahuasca drink. The taste is very bad and I accompany it with a slice of lemon. It is obvious that everything and everyone is under the control of shaman, and I feel confident. When everybody takes the drink, Shaman starts to sing and play the drum for about an hour. Then somebody else is doing the same. I have a feeling of vomiting. But I can’t vomit.Something very peculiar is happening to my arms and legs. I am trying to let my eyes open to escape from that situation. But it is not possible. In front of my eyes pass one million things and colors. I am sick. I have pains and aches all over my body.Sometimes there are a few minutes silence. This relaxes me.May be this is the end of the ceremony. In a certain moment the urge for peeing is becoming very strong. I raise my hand. Somebody comes to me. I am unable to walk, unable to stand on my own. But the man is strong enough. With his two arms he raises me up. He takes me out of the big room. With a lot of difficulty I managed to pee. And then back to that cursed place. After many ours of suffering come times for sleeping. Even in usual situations I have some problems to sleep. How can I sleep now? I stayed in my usual situation between sleep and awakening for a time I cannot estimate. Then I see some people bringing food for breakfast. It was nine o’ clock in the morning. I was suffering for 12 hours I stand up and to my amazement I can walk. I took my breakfast. Most of the participants were very happy and very satisfied. The two young girls, 11 and 12 years of age enjoyed the best. At nine o’clock in the evening they lie down and immediately fall a sleep. They were awakened by their parents at the time of the Ayahuasca drink and then back to sleep again. Following the breakfast was a shearing of all night experiences - this was a biggest surprise, when one after the other every person expressed his/her gratitude to the Ayahuasca spirit due to changes they where going through.

And although I had so much suffering and again I was thinking not to do this ceremony again, I took part in the Ayahuasca ceremony which was held at nine o’clock of the second day.

I asked the young singer how he can manage to drink the Ayahuaska drink and through the night to be able to sing for many hours. He said to me that in the beginning he was in a worst situation than me. But now he got used to it.

I am writing all these, and I have a sensation to vomit even now, after 15 days!

But something magic happened to me too! I feel it but I cannot explain.

Is Epilaton (protein peptide) effective?

I started using these peptides since 1/6/13 and I am wondering whether they will work (in reality I am sure). Generally the condition of my health is good, meaning that I don’t suffer from any serious degenerative disease. Usually I don’t do any check ups and this is happening because the quality of life I am doing is very good. But being 75 years old and previously having a very bad quality of life I do have some problems which seem to be chronic. I understand that I have a prostate problem, but I am not sure what the problem is and also I am suffering from COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease), I have a kind of constipation and I have problems with my sleep and my memory. I will use Epitalon for 2 months and then I will put a new order for another 2 vials and by the end of the 4 months period. I will be sure whether there is any good using EPITALON.

An anti-inflammatory recipe of low glycemic index

For 2 persons

Ingredients:
  • 400 gr. turkey breast (white meat)
  • 2 bundles spinach fresh and organic
  • 1 medium sweet potato (organic)
  • 3 spoonfuls of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 walnut (for its oils and phytonutrients)
  • ½ Avocado (For its oils, vitamins and minerals)
  • 1 lemon
  • ½ tea spoonful ginger
First cook the turkey in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
Then put the almost cooked turkey into a cooking pot and 2 glasses of water, the ginger and salt.
Put also the spinach cut in pieces and the sweet potato in pieces.
Cook for 10 minutes in medium fire.
Then for 15 minutes in very low fire, to allow the meat to absorb the juices of the spinach, the potato, the ginger and the salt.

Service it in two separate dishes. One for the meat and one for the spinach and potato. You also add the ½ avocado on which you put the olive oil and the lemon juice.

Because I personally have a problem of inflammation I also use:
One capsule of turmeric root extract 400 mg and 1 capsule of multi-vitamin, multi-mineral to compensate the cooked food.

Personally I eat the meat (proteins) first. It will go directly into the stomach’s hydrochloric acid and immediately it will be digested.

Then I chew slowly, slowly the low glycemic index carbohydrates . After the meal I need to relax for about 15 minutes to help the digestion.

The Miraculous Urotherapy

I am the author and publisher of a book with the above title and I want to put down here not what I have written in my book, but my personal experiences after using urotherapy, meaning after using my own urine by drinking it, or rubbing it on my skin, or letting my feet soaking into it.

Some notes:

A hydrated person will commonly urinate clear, water-like urine, whereas a dehydrated person may pass a darker yellow or brown urine as is often observed the morning after a night's drinking of large quantities of alcohol.

My personal experiences:

When I was a child my mother was telling me to wash my eyes with the morning urine, when I had some problem with my eyes.

Some time ago, I heard a worker telling to another worker whose foot was injured to pee on it.

I saw a film (comedy) where a young man was bite by a poisonous fish and a beautiful girly tried to heal him by urinating on the injured spot.

Every morning in the process of urination I take with my palm a little and I wash my eyes, I inhale a little, using the same method, through my nostrils and I put a little into my mouth, I wash it for some seconds and then I drink it.

In the past I was suffering for some years from fungi on my feet. I tried almost everything medicinal and natural but of no avail. After I studied urotherapy I was saving my urine for three consecutive days in a pot and then I was soaking my feet for 20 minutes for 3 days. That was the end of my suffering.

For any ailment of my skin I use my urine. My urine is my body cream.

Every person who came to me for guidance having skin problem was healed after treating his or hers skin with urine.

During the war in Libya some people were lost in the sea in a boat. After many day all of them died except one who was drinking his urine

I did a 3 days urine therapy for educational purposes. The procedure was not successful because I did one mistake. The previous day I ate a lot of salty meat and the quality of my urine was very bad. If I will do the same, in the future I know what to do. For two days I will detoxify my body with pure water and fruits and on the given day I will urine 2 or 3 times without drinking it, until the quantity of the urine will be just one glass. Then for 3 days I will recycle my urine.

Urotherapy is very useful if somebody is in an isolated place and impossible to get any help, or in the middle of the ocean and has nothing to eat or to drink for many days

So I feel secured knowing so many things about urotherapy and I don’t need any money to use it.

Telomerase for Longevity

Today I started using Epitalon (Freeze dried Protein Peptide) and I am the first to take it in my country. The Epitalon regulates cell function by triggering the production of telomerase, which will repair the telomeres, allowing the cells to become young again and to produce other cells.
Long telomeres will also help correct errors in DNA during cell division and prevent cellular degeneration.

Epitalon is very expensive (430 U.S. dollars for two bottles). I am going to write in the future about the results. Unfortunately, I didn’t follow the directions of use. Instead of removing the second cap, fill with sterile water (distilled water or reverse osmosis non-mineralized water) to the first mark on the left side of the vial’s label. Replace the cap and swirl the mixture until the powder is totally dissolved and removing the cap again and fill to the second line with wine.


I didn’t swirl the mixture until the powder was totally dissolved and immediately I filled the vial with wine and also I surpassed the second mark. But I don’t want to throw it away and I started taking it doubling the recommended amount to finish the first bottle in less time and start the second bottle following the directions. So, for the moment, let’s see whether there will be any results after these mistakes of mine

Cleansing and detoxifying my body - Coffee enema

To day, I opened my eyes at 8 o’clock in the morning, which means that I was sleeping for more than 9 hours. I had a sensation of heaviness in my body. My muscles were stiff and painful and my mood was not very good. I couldn’t read or write anything, neither to do any exercises. The only thing which was possible for me was to make my morning program of visualization and meditation which takes me 30 minutes. My tongue was bitter and it was obvious that my body needed detoxification

So I decided to stay with water only until the bitterness goes away. At 6.45 in the afternoon I went to the place I am practicing Sungazing. It was programmed to do it for 43 minutes and 40 seconds. But I was doing a series of mistakes. When I arrived at the spot of Sungazing, on a hill outside my town, I discovered that for the first time I forgot my time meter. I said to my self that maybe I could do it using my mobile. Trying to fix it to ring after 43 minutes and 40 seconds it fell from my hand on the ground and I couldn’t fix it. So I decided to finish with the Sungazing and go home. I was driving my car my eyes were blurry and my mind crazy. I was driving very carefully.
So when I arrived home I realized that it was obvious that the situation in my stomach was not very good. I decided to empty my stomach from all these liquids. I drunk 3 glasses of lukewarm water with a little salt. Then I put a little olive oil on my index finger and with that finger I tickled the end of my tongue. A tried to threw out everything from my stomach. It was a green and bitter liquid. I can tell you it was a stressful procedure.

Then I remembered that In my house there was organic coffee. So decided to take a coffee enema. I prepared the enema using 3 spoonfuls of that coffee. First I took 3 enemas with lukewarm water to empty my intestines and to allow the coffee liquid to stay with ease in the colon for 13-15 minutes. Then I put the coffee into hot water the way they prepare coffee. I put it into the enema bag and allow the coffee water to enter my intestines. Then I lied down on my right side the way the baby lies in the belly of a pregnant woman. Knees on my stomach and hands on my knees and chin on my chest. The first pain which came was unbearable. I tightened my teeth. I had to try my best to allow the water to stay in the colon for 13-15 minutes. As I understand the caffeine penetrates the colon then enters the blood stream and when it passes through the liver, the liver can’t afford the caffeine and opens the pipes from where the poisons flow dawn into the stomach. When the 13th minute finished I couldn’t stand it and I threw out everything from my intestines. There was a great relief. My mind could work properly Usually my joy comes from the conviction that I am a tough man, that I am an achiever.

Problems with lungs

Some years ago, I visited Athens. There were troubles between the police and many hooded young persons. My hotel was in the middle of the troubles. I stayed there for one week. Everywhere there were smokes and tear gazes. I was walking having a piece of cloth on my nose, and unfortunately I started suffering from COPD.

COPD, or chronic obstructive pulmonary (PULL-mun-ary) disease, is a progressive disease that makes it hard to breathe. "Progressive" means the disease gets worse over time.

COPD can cause coughing that produces large amounts of mucus (a slimy substance), wheezing, shortness of breath, chest tightness, and other symptoms.

Cigarette smoking is the leading cause of COPD. Most people who have COPD smoke or used to smoke. Long-term exposure to other lung irritants—such as air pollution, chemical fumes, or dust—also may contribute to COPD.

I used all the natural means I had in mind and after some years the situation was very complicated. I was coughing, having a lot o phlegms and was awakened after some hours of sleep because of the sound of a snoring. Terrible situation. At the end I decided to visit a lung specialist physician. He did the necessary examinations and he ruled that my situation was very bad. Because of the inflammation and the quantity of phlegm, my lungs could work only 20 per cent. SUNGAZING - personal experiences - Part 2

“What I know is that I know nothing” was said by the grade philosopher Socrates 2500 years ago. This came to my mind during a sungazing. What am I doing since almost 30 years? I thought that I was following the spiritual path and that at the end I was going to become one with God. I spent so much effort and so much money to do this. If somebody believes that he is a spiritual person, he is wrong, because a spiritual person doesn’t know that he is spiritual. I was so disappointed when I was with people, who were claiming that they were following the spiritual path. And this was 100% confirmed when I leaved for 3 months in a University in U.S practicing meditation for 7 hours a day, for the purpose of raising the quality of consciousness of the people of the U.S. I changed my direction 180 degrees.

And from that day I realized that that what I had to do was to understand, that only reality exists, and that Myself, my I ness, my soul, the thing that remains after death is on the very top and doesn’t need any guidance from anybody or from anything. I rejected everything that was said to me by religions, politicians, my parents. Now I believe to myself and any fear of guilt produced by all those persons, all the ideas, all blockages were rejected by myself. I was free.

Sungazing - Personal experiences - Part 1

There are two groups of people. I can call them the usual persons and the challengers. The first group of persons they just live on earth without any desire for growth and they know nothing about evolution. These persons when they reach 50 years of age they discover that they suffer from high blood pressure, they visit a doctor and the doctor prescribes for them a pill to be taken everyday and they feel good. Then after some years they discover that now their cholesterol is high and again they visit their doctor and he describes for them a new peel. And then a problem of the heart comes, and then cancer. And these people thing that this is very natural. If a person of fifty years has high level of cholesterol this is very natural. It is also natural that they will die in some years

But the second group, the challengers, they are the fighters. Their purpose of life is to grow, to evolve. They have new ideas and usually they are the creators of new useful things. They love themselves and life for them is very precious. They love adventures and new experiences. They believe in longevity and even some of them believe that they are immortals. New knowledge, reality, creativity and honesty are the rules of life for the most of them.

I belong to the second group. I am a challenger. So, when I heart about Sungazing, immediately I checked the internet and started reading about it. In the afternoon during the last our of the day, I did the first 10 seconds of Sungazing. Standing bare foot on the earth and looking at the Sun. The other day I did another 10 seconds and so on. Either during the first hour of the day or during the last. I new from the beginning that this procedure will continue until I will have completed 44 minutes, which means that if things are going well I would need 9 months. But because there are cloudy days and I cannot gaze the sun, or because it is too cold and I cannot afford the cold earth with bare feet, or because of travelling abroad, a period of about one year or more is required..

When I started sungazing about a year ago, I was very weak and in some parts of my body like the ass and arms there was only skin and bone. So after a month I started worrying about the future. How can I stand on my bear feet for 15 minutes and then for 30 minutes and at the end for 44 minutes? So I visited a bodybuilder friend of mine. My friend showed to me the exercises I had to do, to increase the muscle mass in the upper arms. I started doing these exercises every day and in the meantime I started eating foods reach in proteins and also eating whey protein in powder. Then I added glutamine and BCAA and Nitric oxide.

After a month there were good results and I decided to start bodybuilding exercises in a nearby fitness center. I was exercising my body and in the meantime I was preparing a diet for bodybuilders. I did a lot of research and I learned and applied a lot of useful things. Now my arms are like a young man and I feel so good when I am sitting on a chair. I am sitting now on muscles and not on skin and bone. I am sure that during this year of sungazing I did a lot of mistakes, but if I was asked about the results of sungazing and how I feel, I will answer: “I just have the same feeling of the man who swam the English Channel, or of the man who climbed the Everest”. I have achieved something grade. I am proud of myself.

I live to evolve. I take advantage of everything which is advancing me. The University, the knowledge I am taking, the good friends I have, the travelling, my wife, my son and of course the sungazing. I take advantage of everything only for a purpose. To evolve myself. So now I know. Sungazing is another way to evolve.To make me see the world from another aspect. There isn’t any purpose of life without the urge for evolution. And to make this happening I must be strong, healthy, wise and charming .

Then winter came. And it was cold and some periods very cold. May be it was better for me to wait until March arrives. But my urge for Sungazing was very strong. So, I tried to find a way to solve the problem of the cold earth. If my feet are cold I am couching a cold and I am suffering. So, how to make the earth I was standing on, warm? I thought of taking some sand of the sea and warm it up before going to the sungazing. I went to a beach and took some sand. It was like velvet. I used a pot and a microwave oven. I was pouring it on the spot where I was going to sungaze.

The best way to do sungazing is to stand on the earth and look at the sun in a relaxing mode. But instead of doing this I did a lot of wrong things. Visualization and stretching my muscles, breathing exercises, standing on a rock instead of earth, but I don’t feel any guilt about this. The good thing is that today I am going to gaze the sun for 43 minutes and 30 seconds, which means that in 3 days, if there are no clouds during the time of sungazing, I will finish this technique. I want to share my thoughts, experiences and adventures with you and to prove that our abilities are limitless. What were the benefits of sungazing for almost a year?

Self-confidence, better eyesight, very easy to meditate, better focusing on what I read, are some of the benefits. But what happened during this year which may or may not be due to the Sungazing, I will write in the second part.

Cleanse and purify myself, beginning with the colon 2

For many years I am using everything to make my colon strong and effective. Herbs, water treatment, enemas, oxygen therapy, ozone therapy, Urotherapy, 7 days drinking only water, 14 days having only orange juice, Pancha karma, Su Jok and many other means.. I am now 75 years old and what I gained from all these, is that I am in good health, but my colon still needs help. It is obvious that the damage done to the intestines is permanent. An absolutely healthy person goes to the toilet for evacuation at least twice a day or even better after each meal he takes. So the solution should be to have always something which is going to help my colon, and this should be just emptying it with ease, unless the science can transplant to me a new colon.

I was preparing to go for sungazing (I started this about a year ago, beginning with 10 seconds gazing the sun during the first and the last hour of the day. Today I did 44 minutes and 20 seconds and for no reason I said to myself: lets drink a lot of water. So I drunk one and a half of absolutely good water (Reverse osmosis water). From what I know it is the best water available to me. The weather was rather hot. (between 30 and 35 degrees Celcius). When I finished the Sungazing I drunk another half liter of water. I am writing this story now and the strange thing is that I don’t have any urge to urinate at all. Of course I was perspiring during the Sungazing and even now. The question I put to myself now is: what was going to happen to my body if I was not drinking any quantity of water? I am not a specialist to solve this problem, but am sure that by drinking this water I did a benefit to myself. So drink a lot of water ( specialists say that you have to drink 2 liters every day. But be careful about the quality of the water you are drinking I reject the water of my town and I reject the spring water in plastic bottles. So read more about water coming out of a reverse osmosis device or distilled water. If you use distilled water then you have to take some minerals because this kind of water is devoid of minerals.

Just to tell you that after two hours I had the first urination and that my tongue is a bit bitter, which means that a kind of detoxification happened to me. Also the pain on my leg, because of a breakage of muscles, is less. May be because some liquids passed through those muscles and cleanse them.

Apple Pie Recipe

I love to have a fruit after a meal. But this is not healthy. The fruits are digested in 30 minutes, but the meat in 4 hours. So the fruit stays in the stomach waiting for 4 hours. But a cooked fruit is good. So I created this recipe to be able to enjoy a kind of apple-pie after a meal. This recipe contains a lot of fibers and is very good for the colon. This is a very healthy pie with very few calories.

Ingredients
  • 4 apples (medium size)
  • ½ spoonful cinnamon
  • 1/2 spoonful sesame with skin
  • 1 spoonful pumpkin seeds
  • ½ spoonful linseed
  • ½ glass of desiccated coconut
  • ¾ of a glass of soaked almonds, without skin
  • A little stevia sugar if you like it to be more sweet
Instructions
  1. Cut the skin from the apples and remove also the hard little things from the center of the apples.
  2. Put the apples and the almonds in a blender and melt them.
  3. Put 2 glasses of water (I use reverse osmosis water) in a pot on fire. Medium temperature.
  4. Put the sesame, the pumpkin and the linseed seeds into a grinding mill and grind.
  5. Then put everything into the boiling water
  6. Cook for 30 minutes or until the water is evaporated. Watch during cooking. It may need more water.
  7. Then refrigerate
Enough for 6 persons

Sleep: The Revitalizer - Sleep well!

Getting to sleep, Staying asleep. Waking rested. These are simple simple things most of us pay no attention to, until we are deprived of them. Sleep is easy to take for granted, but once it is gone you deeply appreciate how much good it contributes to your life.

Sleep is necessary and integral state that permits mental and physical restoration. Adequate restful sleep, like diet, exercise, and supplement habits, is critical to good health. Insufficient restful sleep can result in mental and physical health problems.

Yet, getting to sleep, staying asleep, and waking refreshed can be highly elusive to most of us some of the time and to many of aw all of the time.

But as we age, the quality of our sleep declines. The deep and easy sleep we had as children is replaced by a lighter, more agitated sleep. We start to have trouble falling asleep or getting back to sleep when we wake up during the night. We just lie there, drowsy, with too-short periods of real sleep braking now and then. We wake up in the morning more tired than we were the night before. Too many of us too often turn to tranquilizers and other sleeping aids, but they offer only the illusion of help. When they “work” all they do is induce poor-quality sleep anyway.

Sleeping well means feeling rested and restored and ready to face the day when you get up in the morning. Sleeping well improves your mood and lets you get done whatever you need to, with enthusiasm, ease and pleasure.

How much sleep do we need? The general rule of thump have been eight hours per night.

A number of factors commonly associated with aging may interrupt, delay, or shortened sleep. As we age, nighttime sleep is likely to be disturbed for a number of reasons:
  • Decreased secretion of melatonin.
  • Frequent waking at night to go to the bathroom.
  • Accentuated sensitivity to light and sound.
Personally I suffered the most because of lack of sleep. I used everything you can imagine including tranquilizers. I was getting always more, and more knowledge about sleep. For the past two months after studying about hormones, I am using melatonin. But it seems that melatonin is not the solution. What is causing troubles for my sleep is the nervous system of my stomach.

Bad things for me
  • To go to sleep with heavy or empty stomach.
  • After having an argument in high tones with somebody.
  • When a catch a cold even very mild.
  • When I am in a place like a disco.
  • When I have a nap even for 5 minutes on the sofa in front of the television after having my dinner.
  • I there is light and sounds in the place I am going to sleep.
  • If a sleep with another person.
  • If If there is Geopathic stress in the place where my bed stands
  • If the direction of my head whilst in bed is in a bad negative according to Feng Shui
  • If my pillow is very thin or very thick
  • If my body is warm or cold.
  • If I watch TV for many hours and especially when what I am watching is not of interest, or may be it is very bad. When I am somewhere with many other people and we sing and dance and generally we are excited. If I have anger.
  • When I am traveling. I cannot sleep in the airplane and further I need a day to recover.
  • When I have to go to the toilet for urination more than one time. Some months ago I had a problem with my prostate and today I am very happy, after using for a month the Pro Teva Plus (North Star) formula with some very effective ingredients.
Good things for me
  • A light dinner to be eaten 2-3 hours before going to bed. My favorite dish is macaroni with low glysemic Index, more protein than the usual macaroni and more fiber or potatoes cooked in the oven with the skin. Both dishes with cooked vegetables and a cooked apple without sugar.
  • When I spend time for solving a Sudoku problem.
  • When my bed is comfortable, the bedroom is very nice and I sleep alone. I need some time for readjustment.
  • When I follow the rules of Feng Shui and the Geopathic Stress
  • The good news is that now I have the necessary relaxing supplements, which I am going to mention because they are really effective They are the following:
  • Niacin, Vitamin B6, calcium, Phosphorous, Magnesium, Taurine, Gaba, L-Theanine, Passion flower extract. The day I bought all these supplements I didn’t have the Advance Sleep Formula (Advanced Bionutriants) by Dr. Robert J. Rowen. I have it now but I must take all these substances and then see what to do with the ready made capsules
  • When my body is neither warm neither cold

The conclusion is that never to stop researching for a solution concerning sleep. Sleep is vital for life and especially for the evolvement of consciousness. I live to evolve.

Hormones for muscle growth

Our bodies contain many types of hormones. Hormones regulate our heartbeat and our breathing. Hormones make men, men and women, women. Hormones regulate our sleep at night and wake up in the morning. They control our blood pressure, build bone, maintain muscle tone, and lubricate joints. Hormones govern growth. They make the body produce energy and heat. Hormones burn fat .Hormones govern the menstrual cycle and allow pregnancy. They fight stress, prevent fatigue, calm anxiety and relieve depression. Hormones make and keep memories. Hormones maintain and correct level of sugar in the blood and tissues. They resist allergic reactions and infections. They sooth pain. Hormones control your sex drive, virility, and fertility. They stimulate your brain and your immune system. We can’t live without them

Most hormone levels decline with age. I am 75 years old and I am sure about the level of some hormones in my body. Almost every day I do an exercise walking for 2 minutes and running with all my strength for 30 seconds and for 6 days of the week I go to the Gym for body building. I want to build muscles. So I do a lot of researches to find out how to achieve that. I love hormones but they need special attention. I write all these about hormones but I warn you that only with the guidance of a doctor specialized in anti-aging you can use them. But they are so important for my anti-aging strategy that I have to spend a lot of time studying them and being a therapist myself, I am making some trials

So the first hormones I learned about and I used were Human Growth Hormone, Testosterone and DHEA (Dehydroepiandrosterone).

Growth hormone is necessary throughout childhood to help us grow, but even once we have reached our adult size, we need it to maintain muscle tone.
For men Testosterone is necessary for erections, ejaculation, and fertility. Also builds muscle and increases muscle tone.

DHEA strengthens muscles and boost energy. I bought them through the Internet but I cannot elaborate about them. It is too soon.
DHEA is a hormone produced by our body's adrenal glands. These are glands just above your kidneys.
DHEA supplements can be made from wild yam or soy
DHEA functions as a precursor to male and female sex hormones, including testosterone and estrogen. Precursors are substances that are converted by the body into a hormone.
I take one capsule a day for two reasons. First, I am 75 years old and the production of DHEA Hormone of my adrenal clands is very low and Second because it acts as a precursor. About possible results I will tell you after some months of using it.

I ordered it but in the meantime, waiting to be shipped to me, I bought all its ingredients and I am taking them every afternoon and I can tell you the results are very good. TESTOSTERONE
Is the principal androgen, or male sex hormone, although it appears in both genders. By definition, we can categorize it as a male hormone.
It is secreted by the testes in men and the ovaries in women. Small amounts are also secreted by the adrenals in both genders.
While testosterone occurs naturally in the body, bodybuilders sometimes supplement it with natural or synthetic versions to increase muscle growth.
It is classified as an anabolic steroid because it will bulk up body tissues and encourage the retention of protein by the body.
As you may know, retention of protein is the key to gaining muscle mass.
So I use it. From information available in the Internet the best supplement for the time being to be used is a cream made with testosterone (10%). The convenience of the cream, which you use by simply rubbing it into your skin, and the ability to get a small dose if that is all you need, make it an important advance for hormone therapy. Compounding pharmacies can make such a cream or gel. I visited such a pharmacy but the liquid testosterone was very expensive. So for the time being I use the Testo Raw consisting of many herbs.

Human Growth Hormone
To build muscle mass, increase bone density and burn body fat.

I use dietary protein (ornithine, arginine, which causes stimulation of receptor and supplements with protein powders. GHRP 6 is 5000 micrograms or 5mg - Reconstitute with 2ml of water. If you used 2 full insulin syringes of water per bottle and took 0.2cc (20 on insulin syringe) it would be 10 injections per bottle or 500 micrograms per injection if you used 0.1cc (10 on insulin syringe) it would be 20 injections or 250 micrograms. Take in A.M. or P.M. Typical dosage is 250 to 500mcg. GHRP-6 polypeptide is a 28-amino-acid peptide that signals the human body to begin secreting GH.
The first trial was made before seeing these directions. I put water into the small bottle and I injected the whole amount under my skin. The second, I took it in 5 days and I followed the correct directions with the third. The result was that I took some weight, about 2 kilos in one month. Most of it, is muscle mass. Remember that I am doing trials.

CORTISOL helps the body respond quickly and constructively to stress. It also stimulates appetite, boosts energy levels. Improve digestion, eases movement in the joints, eases inflammation and pain, soothes allergies, fever and reactions to toxins and enhances the immune system ( though at excessive doses cortisol actually depresses the immune system. Assuming the correct balance with androgens (male hormones like testosterone) is maintained, cortisol may help you live longer.

I had the chance to experience the negative effects of cortisol. It is catabolic which means that in excess is no good for the muscles. The last 6 years I have problems with my lungs. I used all the natural remedies, but of no avail. At the end I decided to go to a doctor specialist in lungs treatments. He prescribed to me some medicine. One of them was Corotrope 5. Prednizolone BP5. The program to follow was to take 5 pills a day for 6 days and then 4 and then 3 and so on. After 2 weeks I felt that I had small aches on my muscles and then one day I had a strong cramp on my left leg. Cramps are gone after few minutes. This happened while I was running. The other day I couldn’t walk. I started to do natural remedies to my leg but until now the problem exists but the pain is much less. Now I understand that the problem occurs because of the excess cortisone. But I love the good qualities of cortisol. So I take every day half of 1 pill of Corotrope every morning and I also take DHEA and Testosterone.

The mind never needs to age

The human mind has no personal growth limits. It can grow for ever. But growth of the mind is not automatic. Growth requires effort. When a person gives up on his effort, his mind stops growing. When intellectual growth stops, the capacity for life and happiness begins shrinking and the mind begins to die. Aging is a process of deterioration, while growth is the opposite of deterioration. Only when growing stops can aging begin. The human mind never has to stop growing. In fact human life itself never age. No scientific, formal dynamic law of nature dictates, that a person has to age and die. Indeed a person may be able to live indefinitely under fully integrated rational, physical, psychological, intellectual and emotional condition.

So while your mind may never need to age and die you have to do what your mind was made to do. You have to continuously seek out new knowledge, new and improved values for yourself and society. You have to be creative and productive. Unfortunately too many people get stuck and limited by routine jobs and eventually the mind seized to be creative and fore moving. Too many people with advancing age stop actively seeking new knowledge and new experiences and they give up creating.

The crucial point is that you have to be always conscious. Your mind has to continue seek out new knowledge, new life enhancing experiences, be productive and create new ever expanding values for yourself and society. Then life becomes more exciting and rewarding as you produce increasing values for yourself and society. In turn you are producing increasing personal control and self-esteem. In addition the energy and excitement you are generating, by being in this dynamic, knowledge accumulating, values creating mode, will really stimulate you, physically and mentally.

Healing myself

How I removed coldness energy from my body

Muscle Cramp is a muscle sudden involuntary contraction or spasm. It often occurs during, or after an exercise, or at night, lasting from a few seconds to several minutes. I had such a strong cramp during an aerobic exercise I am doing almost every day. For 10 to 15 minutes: I walk vigorously for 2 minutes and then a run with all my strength for 30 seconds. I believe that this exercise is very strong for my body. But one day I felt a pain on my left leg. The pain was not very strong. I didn’t’ give any attention to it, but in the afternoon I went to the Gym for my daily exercises and the pain became very strong.

A healer can heal others but he cannot heal himself. That happened to me. The pain was there for some days, but one morning during my meditation program, I find the solution. According to professor Park (Su Jok) there are some energies like the coldness, the heat and the dryness.. Coldness energy causes a tightening and that was the reason of my pain in that particular muscle. Many persons after 62 have problems because of this energy. This coldness energy penetrates their bodies and they suffer. This is happening to me also. May be that cramp might be a solution to the problem

So I filled the bathtub with hot water and put in it half kilo of Epsom Salt (Magnesium Sulfate) which is very relaxing to the muscles and I a strong red pepper tea made with water and one spoonful of spoonful of Red pepper (cayenne. . So I was having that kind of tea and putting it into the water slowly, slowly. I stayed into the water for 20 minutes.

Then I had a massage of the whole body using my massage chair, I rubbed my painful leg with a heat creating cream. I used also, a kind of heating pillow full of olive seeds, which I heated into a microwave oven. Then I lied down having my leg on the hot pillow for another 20 minutes.

In the afternoon 70% of the pain was gone and I could walk. Of course I did all this because it was Sunday and couldn’t go to a specialist

Today’s Breakfast (Perfection)

First Part of my Breakfast
Yesterday at 7 a.m. I put into a half filled glass of water (Reverse Osmosis) the following
(1 teaspoonful from each) to be soaked until the morning of the next day.
 All Organic:
  1. Goji Berries
  2. Aronia berries
  3. Manuka raisins
  4. Blue berrie
Second Part
  1. A piece of sprouted wheat bread with a teaspoonful of gee (purified butter) and a little stevia sugar
  2. 1 boiled egg with just a little Lo Salt (66% less sodium than regular salts)
  3. 1 tea spoonful of spiroulina

A perfect meal should include proteins, carbohydrates, fat, a lot of vitamins minerals, micronutrients, enzymes and hormones. This was my breakfast today, Tuesday 16/4/12

Anti-aging: from personal experiences Part 1

I am 75 years old and about 9 months ago, I took some decisions that changed my whole life. I discovered that the spiritual path, which I was following for more than 30 years, was taking me nowhere and I said to myself, what the philosopher Socrates said about 2500 years ago. That “The only thing I know is that I know nothing”. And then a tremendous change happened to myself. I realized that I must love myself, my body, and that my life is very precious. So the body should be strong and full of energies. I started going to a Gym doing exercises and body building 6 days a week. But there was a problem Because of my age the trainers demanded, that they had to check my blood pressure every time I had to enter gym. So I went to a doctor, a friend of mine and gave me a report, that I was strong and healthy and that I could do any exercise my body was able to withstand.

My muscles gradually started to become stronger and bigger, my belly more flat and full of muscles. And what a pleasure to sit now for hours on a hard chair and can withstand it, because of the muscles I now have on my ass. There was only skin and bones before and now, I managed to create muscles and loose fat?

Protein
The very name protein comes from the Greek word for ”of the first importance”. And protein is truly vital for human life itself. Our bodies, use the twenty two amino acids of protein to build muscles, skin, hair, nails, and blood, as well as to nourish the heart, the brain and organs.

So to create muscles I need protein which means, I have to eat protein food like meat, fish, poultry and eggs. But how much protein can I take from a portion o meat or from an egg? And how many ours the meat will stay into my digestive truck, in order to be digested and absorbed? And not only this, but meat and fish are contaminated most of the times. And don’t forget that I am 75 years old. Can my system digest all these protein food? And what about lentils and beans? They have some protein but for my stomach, they are heavy and my digesting system needs a lot of hours to digest them. There are organic meats, but they are so expensive. I feel they are stealing me.

So I decided to eat meat, fish, chicken and eggs once per week and take the real protein from whey protein in powder. After a period of 6 months by trials and errors, I am using the following technique, on how to take this powder. A scoop of my protein has 15 g of protein. If you want to replace this protein with meat, you will need about one kilo of meat. So slowly during the day, I take one scoop of protein with one big glass of reverse osmosis water, seep by seep. And if after 2 or 3 seeps my stomach does not feel well, I wait. The enzymes of on old man of 75 are very few and very weak. So I used extra enzymes. Betaine Hydrochloride with Pepsin, Papain and Bromelain. So the digestive system works only for the whey protein and is assisted by the extra enzymes, finishing the digestion in about an hour. Of course whey protein is a dairy food and it may have the negative qualities of dairy products. So I have imported a new kind of protein "The Protein & Greens of Paradise" (Orac Energy). I will start using this when the remaining whey protein is finished

The Georgios Solution Diet

If it was possible and practically easy, I can say that, the “Hormone solution Diet” should be the best. But who knows about hormones. Even me who knows so many things about life, only few months ago I learned about them. I heart about estrogen hormone for women and hormones they use in agriculture. But even if somebody read books about hormones and he has an interest about the status of his own hormones, he must travel to London to see some specialists and spend one or two thousand Euros. So for the moment lets see what I know about diets.

Thousands of books and millions of specialists speak about foods and diets. And almost everybody speaks about different things. They forget that people are different. I tried so many diets and none was not only perfect, but even good for me. Some of them were catastrophic. So after many years of research and trials I decided that if somebody follows the following rules, he will be by 90% in the right path.
  1. I eat only when I am hungry.
  2. I eat seated on a table.
  3. I chew very well every mouthful until it becomes liquid.
  4. The portion I eat is from small to medium size and after finishing I can work, exercise or even do sex.
  5.  If I have the chance to choose, I take the newly cooked food than the yesterday’s, the organic than the usual, the food that was cooked by a positive person than that, which was cooked by a negative person.
  6. I prefer to eat with other good and happy people.
  7. Never eat together with a vegetarian person of any other person who follows a special diet. With their observations they create a very negative environment.
  8. It’s good for everybody to have a good knowledge about, proteins, carbohydrates and fats and to understand that the body needs those three nutrients and also vitamins, minerals, micro nutrients, hormones and enzymes.
  9. The purpose of the food I eat, is to make me strong and wise.
  10. I let every vegetable and fruit to stay into water with a small portion of Higa’s Microorganisms. In 15 minutes they eat all the bud substances and all poisons.
  11. I eat for longevity, even for immortality.
  12. And if somebody invites me for dinner in his house I like to eat what is served.
Two good tips:
  1. The protein foods (meat, fish, eggs) must be eaten first. If the stomach is completely empty, it contains lots of  hydrochloric acid and protein foods are digested almost immediately.
  2. The fruits are eaten alone, half an hour before meals or three hours after a meal.

Meditation and Visualization

I started practicing meditation many years ago, having in mind that may be, I was going to be able to see the auras of other people, or to have out of body experiences, or even to fly. After a year of practicing the Transcendental Meditation, I received an advanced technique and I became a Sida. I was practicing Sidies and during my program I had the chance to fly (my body was jumping a little upwards). All those were happening in 1984 – 1985

What I am doing now. First of all I am sure that 20 minutes meditation (or any other technique like breathing or concentration ) is very useful for everybody. In this 20 minutes period the body relaxes and the mind becomes very strong. It is the time to remember things to do. The energy which the body is producing during that time, is used only by my brain. In the course of time I did a lot of group meditations and once, at the University of Maharishi in United States, I was following a program of meditation, 7 hours a day for 3 months.

Now I discovered something else. When I wake up, I drink a liter of reverse osmosis water and then I lie in bed, having 2 pillows under my neck and a piece of cloth on my eyes. I prepare myself to do 2 programs. During the first program I visualize that I go to the gym using my entering card, then I go into the main exercise room and start doing my program spending exactly the same time I spend when I actually do the program. But instead of doing every exercise 3 times each, I am doing them only once. In an experiment done in the U.S they used 2 groups of 20 students. The first group were doing push ups exercises for 15 minutes every day. And the other group of students they were visualizing doing the same push-ups for again 15 minutes. The muscles of the first group were improved by 30% and the muscles of the visualization group were improved by 25%.

I visit the Gym every day. I have divided the exercises in 3 groups. On Monday I am doing exercises of the back and the belly. On Tuesday exercises of the hands and chest and on Wednesday of the legs and heaps. Same programs for the rest of the days of the week

The second part is the meditation. I just start and the mind knows what to do. Actually I don’t need any mantra. I go into a meditation state at once because of the long time I am practicing it. This is the most beautiful period of time of everyday. It is so beautiful (blissful) that one day I decided not to interrupt until I have to go to the bathroom. I started at 8 am and I finished at 1 pm. But now I have good knowledge about exercises and I want my muscles to become stronger and larger. So if the body needs any energy and the stomach is empty then it takes energy from the muscles. So the 20 minutes period is finished, I get up and have breakfast.
