You take the same kind of food, but the outcome is absolutely different.

I have in front of me 2 packets of pasta. The one is of the usual pasta , but the other is a special produced pasta. See the differences.

Per 100 gr.

Protein 12 gr.                                              Protein 15 gr.

Carbohydrates 72.1 gr.                              Carbohydrates 59gr.

Sugars 3.8. gr.                                            Sugars 0.34 gr.

Fat 1.5 gr.                                                   Fat 1.30 gr.

Saturated 0.3                                             Saturated 0.35g

Fibers 1.8                                                   Fibers 15.00g

Sodium 0.01 g.                                           Sodium 0 g

Energy 350 kcl                                            Energy 283 kcl

So it’s a matter of research. It’s a matter of knowledge. You same the same dish, the same quantity but the second dish haw a lot of differences in favor of better health. Be careful. The same may be it is happening with more foods
