Today’s Breakfast (Perfection)
First Part of my Breakfast
Yesterday at 7 a.m. I put into a half filled glass of water (Reverse Osmosis) the following
(1 teaspoonful from each) to be soaked until the morning of the next day.
All Organic:
- Goji Berries
- Aronia berries
- Manuka raisins
- Blue berrie
- A piece of sprouted wheat bread with a teaspoonful of gee (purified butter) and a little stevia sugar
- 1 boiled egg with just a little Lo Salt (66% less sodium than regular salts)
- 1 tea spoonful of spiroulina
A perfect meal should include proteins, carbohydrates, fat, a lot of vitamins minerals, micronutrients, enzymes and hormones. This was my breakfast today, Tuesday 16/4/12
